Milica defended her PhD thesis
We are proud to announce that Milica defended her PhD Thesis entitled “Primena spektroskopije laserski indukovane plazme za određivanje tragova metala u uljima” (“Application of Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy for the determination of trace metals in oils”) on 29nd September 2022 at the Faculty of Physical Chemistry. Thesis advisors were dr Milivoje Ivković and dr Miroslav Kuzmanović, the PhD Defense Committee president was dr Ivana Stojković Simatović while the Committee members were dr Jelena Savović and dr Miroslav Ristić.
We wish her all the best in her future work!
Neša became Associate Research Professor
We proudly announce that since 13th July 2022., Neša has a new scientific title of Associate Research Professor at the Insitute of Physics Belgrade. We wish him a lot of success in his research in the years to come.
Ivan became Junior Researcher
We proudly announce that Ivan has been selected in his first scientific title Junior Researcher on 24th February 2021. We congratulate him and also wish many successful years in the future research.
Biljana became Assistant Research Professor
We proundly announce that since 22th January 2021., Biljana has a new scientific title of Assistant Research Profesor at the Insitute of Physics Belgrade. We wish her a lot of success in her research in the years to come.
Ivan defended his MSc Thesis
We are proud to announce that our MSc student Ivan Traparić defended his MSc Thesis entitled “VUV spektroskopija Lymanove serije jonizovanog atoma helijuma” (“VUV Spectroscopy of the Lyman Series of the Singly Charged Helium Atom”) on 29th September 2020 at the Faculty of Physics, University of Belgrade. Thesis advisor was dr Milivoje Ivković, while the Defense Committee members were dr Milivoje Ivković, prof. dr Bratislav Obradović and prof. dr Milorad Kuraica.
Biljana defended her PhD Thesis
We are proud to announce that Biljana defended her PhD Thesis entitled “Istraživanja kompleksnih oblika spektralnih linija berilijuma u prisustvu berilijumske prašine” (“Investigation of Complex Shapes of Beryllium Spectral Lines in the Presence of Beryllium Dust”) on 3rd August 2020 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Thesis advisors were dr Milivoje Ivković and dr Igor Savić, the PhD Defense Committee president was dr Stevica Đurović while the Committee members were dr Lazar Gavanski and dr Bratislav Obradović.
Because of the current situation due to Coronavirus pandemic in Serbia, none of the laboratory members were allowed to be present at the public part of PhD defense.
Marijana becomes an Assistant Professor
Since 1st March 2019, Marijana has new role as Assistant Professor (“docent” in Serbian) at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac. But above all, we are happy that she is going to stay the part of our team despite new obligations.
Marijana gets promoted
Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development has approved promotion application of Marijana to Assistant Research Professor on 30th May.
Miloš gets employed
Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development has approved job application of Miloš as part of the returnee-employment program. He is now full member of the Laboratory and project ON 171014.
Miloš gets promoted
Scientific Board of the Institute of Physics Belgrade approved promotion of Miloš to research assistant.
